’Tis the season to spread joy, and what better way to do that than helping a resident in need!

Alpine Property Management, along with its partner company, MC Properties, celebrated the holidays this year by giving back. Alpine values its tenants and wants to keep great people in our great homes. So when one of our tenants lost her husband, the Alpine Team jumped into action. The result? An awesome Christmas surprise for a very deserving woman!

Alpine and MC employees and owners, as well as contractors, maintenance crews, leasing agents and fellow tenants, banded together to collect nearly $600 in cash and gift cards to help out our wonderful tenant. In addition, the team collected household goods and other items for her and her children.

As a team, we find it important give back, especially to someone who worked so hard through such a difficult time. And everyone deserves a break – especially at the holidays!
