Our story
Alpine Property Management was founded in 2013 by Marcus and Cara Painter. We started by managing a handful of rentals in the Kansas City metro and grew the company one satisfied owner at a time. Today Alpine manages 250 plus doors for investors across the country, with a team that treats every property like it is our own.
We built Alpine around a problem we kept seeing. Out of state investors were buying in Kansas City for the cash flow, then struggling to find a manager who actually answered the phone, reported honestly, and protected the investment. So we built the company we would want to hire. Local, transparent, and measured by your return rather than by how many doors we can add.
Who runs Alpine
Marcus and Cara Painter own and lead Alpine together. Marcus is the founder and owner and leads strategy, operations, and the systems that keep hundreds of rentals running smoothly. Cara Painter is a co founder and owner and a licensed real estate broker in both Missouri and Kansas, and she brings more than twelve years in real estate, property management, and operations to the business. Behind them is a dedicated team handling owner relations, tenant care, maintenance coordination, and accounting, so nothing falls through the cracks.
