Onboarding Specifics & Terms
🔒 Security & Camera Policy
Alpine installs one exterior camera and one smart keypad as part of onboarding. These remain Alpine property and will be removed upon termination. Owner owned exterior cameras may remain for private use. No interior cameras permitted.
📸 Fee Adjustments & Photo Credits
A reduction (e.g., $750 for photography) may be available if Owner provides assets meeting Alpine’s brand standards. All reductions must be agreed upon in writing beforehand.
✨ “Gold Standard” Cleaning
Every property must meet Alpine’s “Gold Standard” (professional deep clean) prior to first guest arrival. If not guest ready during final check, Alpine will coordinate mandatory cleaning at Owner’s expense.
