Applying indicates you have read and agree to our rental criteria, so review the qualifications first. In short: each adult pays a $75 non refundable application fee, combined household income must be at least 3.5 times the rent, and you need clean rental history with no evictions or landlord judgments. Alpine will never ask you to wire money, keep the keys after a self tour, or have keys mailed to you. Any request like that is a scam and is not from Alpine. If you see one, report it to us at 816-343-4520.

How do I submit a rental application?
Apply online through our resident portal. Every adult 18 and over pays a $75 non refundable application fee at submission. Review the rental criteria first, since applying confirms you have read the qualifications.
Do I have to apply for each home?
No. You only need to submit one application, and it stays valid for any qualifying Alpine property.
How do I tour a home?
Most Alpine homes offer self tours through our showing system. Browse available homes and schedule a self tour, or contact our office if you need help.
What payment can I use for the application fee?
The system does not accept prepaid cards. If you need an alternative payment option, contact our office and we will help.
