It is priced as a one time placement fee rather than an ongoing management fee, and it is best for hands on local owners.

Finding and screening a qualified tenant is the hardest and riskiest part of renting out a home. Leasing only lets Alpine handle that part with the same standards we use for our full service owners, and then step back once your tenant is placed. You keep control of the day to day, and you skip the marketing, showings, and screening work that trips up most owners.

The leasing fee is 100 percent of the first month's rent, with a $500 minimum, charged only when we place a qualified tenant in your home. A $500 refundable deposit is required before services begin. This is a one time placement fee, separate from the ongoing management fee that full service owners pay.
If the home is not rent ready when we arrive to market it, a $150 trip fee applies. There are no junk fees and every charge is disclosed up front.
